Who am I?

My name is Jos van Bommel and I am passionate about east- and southern Africa.

In the last 10 years I travelled 32 times to several area's in Tanzania, Kenia, Botswana, Zambia, South-Africa and the Caprivi in Namibia. I enjoyed over 1400 safari drives, walks and boat rides in different national parks, private game reserves and public area's.

At a certain moment in life i decided to share this passion with other people. For me, the best solution was to start selling pictures to you and others.

Besides photography I am also filming during the trips. I have recorded fighting wild dogs in Botswana. This footage is used in National Geographic'c show: Caught in the Act part 7.
